My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?

If yor key appears to be for a different region, there is no need to worry. We assure you the matter can be resolved smoothly. Kindly follow these few steps:

  • Make sure the product you purchased can in fact be activated in your region. You can verify this by checking the regional limitations on the page of the product you bought. 

You can see whether the product will work in your country or not in the "Will work in" feature that is visible at the top of the product page, on the right of the product cover.

Furthermore, if the product has any specific regional limitations, it will also be highlighted as a red note with exact description about where the product cannot be redeemed. You may check these in the product description.

If the issue persists, simply reach us via 24/7 LiveChat or create a ticket by e-mailing us at help@k4g.com and make sure to enclose the following unedited screenshots:

  • Entered key before its activation,
  • Displayed error message after activation,
  • Your Games Library of the platform for which the product is designed.

Please keep in mind that the screenshots cannot be edited and your whole screen must visible, including the taskbar with time/date on it.

Once the screenshots are submitted to us, we will investigate the matter as soon as possible for you. If the issue is confirmed, we will either offer you a refund or a replacement key.
