Redemption Steps:
- Customer must present eGift QR code payment either printed, or on mobile device to Checker as tender.
eGift cannot be redeemed at Self-Checkout at this time.
Checker Instructions:
- Total order, Press EFT FULL, Scan QR code (printed or mobile version) with handheld scanner.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
