How to activate an Aeropostale Gift Card key?

Activating an Aeropostale Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:

1. Click on the shopping basket to view your order summary.
2. Enter the gift card code in the "REDEEM GIFT CARD" field at the bottom of the shopping basket page.
3. Click Redeem
4. The gift card value/coupon discount will be deducted.

NOTE:

1. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
2. This eGift Card is only valid for a ONE TIME purchase, against the full value of the eGift Card.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?

• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
