Help CenterActivating a Migros Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- Online
At online shops, you have to enter not only the card number but also the PIN code located on the back of the card. - At Store
Simply show the card at the checkout. The relevant amount will be debited automatically. If there is not enough remaining credit, you can easily pay the rest using another payment method (cash or a debit or credit card).
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?

- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
