Help CenterActivating a Media Expert Gift Card key is really simple, just follow these steps:
- On the website Mediaexpert.pl
- Add your gifts to your cart and proceed to finalize your order. Select the "I want to pay/pay extra with a gift card" option and enter the card number and PIN. If the value of the order exceeds the funds available on the card, the system will ask you to pay with another form of payment. In the stationary store:
- Choose your gift in the store. When paying at checkout, show the gift card to the seller and protect your PIN. To authorize the payment, enter the PIN code yourself.
You can use the gift card in the Mediaexpert.pl online store and in stationary stores.
The key is not working
If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:
- My key is Duplicated / Already Used. How can I proceed?
- My key is Invalid. How can I proceed?
- My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country. How can I proceed?
- My key activated a different product that it was supposed to. How can I proceed?
- The key I bought didn’t activate all of the content it was supposed to. What can I do?
