How to activate a CyberGhost VPN key?

Redeeming a CyberGhost VPN key is really simple, just follow these steps:

If you bought a valid subscription you can activate it right inside the client. Activation keys can be purchased both online and from a retail store by buying the CyberGhost VPN Premium.

1. Just click on 'Activate key' in the upper menu and enter your activation code into the empty field. Click on 'OK', to activate your subscription.
2. Alternatively one can activate his or her new serial number on the online account page. Just visit 'My Account', log-in and click on 'My subscriptions' in the left handed side menu.
   • Now enter your activation code and click on 'Activate'.

The key is not working

If you have activated the key according to the guide but the code appears not to work, please check what type of error message you receive and depending on it follow the appropriate instructions:

• My key is Duplicated / Already used
• My key is Invalid
• My key is region locked / can't be activated in my country
• My key activated a different product
• My key did not activate all of the content
